This is a revised version of the ranks, titles, and positions of the Ketio of the Valley(and the Etahor Crater), i.e. Sunpride, Shadepride, Sandpride, Lakepride, and Firepride, which themselves also have new names.
Note On Language Used:
Many of these titles and names are very long. Capareon Ketio often preferred "High" Ancient Tongue, which consisted of longer, more elegant words. These words are a mixture of the High and Common dialects of Ancient Tongue. The common tongue for the Ketio of the Valley, however, is Trade Tongue(a "human" tongue, which you can assume is "English", purely because this is the language I write in. If any TF stories were to be translated into other languages, you can assume Trade is that language, if it makes it easier to think about it like that). They only use dialects of Ancient in formal situations, such as names, titles, in official matters, or in prayer.
Pride/Clan Names
Sunpride is now called Vyta-Lujyah ("Dream-Sun" or the "Sun's Dream") (Pronounced: veye-tah loo-jeye-ah)
Lakepride is now called Hetur-Aleyk ("Protector of the Land") (Pronounced: het-ter ahlee-eyek)
Shadepride is now called Serr-Ceri ("Shadow Stalker") (Pronounced: sər keer-eye)
Sandpride is now called Zater-Lossi ("To take peace") (Pronounced: zay-tair lohs-eye)
Firepride is now called Luhati-Joli ("Fire of Peace") (Pronounced: loo-hah-teye johl-eye)
Ranks/Titles/Positions
Alphas are no longer the title given to the pride leaders.
Alpha males are now called Oit-Tahero, and may be addressed as "Lord" instead. Means "Great lord". (Pronounced: oh-it tayer-oh)
Alpha females are now called Zar-Tahera, and may be addressed as "Lady" instead. Means "Beautiful Lady", loosely based on the title given to the queens of the Keltaz (bears) clans.
Nobles are either referred to as nobles or are called Ryltahi(general)/Ryltaho(male)/Ryltaha(female). The word is a term used for a person of high position or noble heritage. Nobles will more likely address themselves as "so and so of the whatever family", obviously with actual names in there XD
"Commanders", which were more or less nobles in training, are renamed as Eit-Ryltahi, to avoid confusion with the title of Commander within the Order of Utura, of which many members of these prides are also part of. The rule of a Eit-Ryltahi must be training or have trained someone else still remains.
Healers, although will likely still be referred to as healers by the characters and in the stories, are now called Rei-Aleyk(i/o/a), coming from the words for "life" and "protector". The head healer is called "Oit-Rei-Aleyk".
Warriors and Hunters are still just called such. In an official manner, their titles are Berkoni(/Berkono/Berkona), meaning "warrior", and Cytchezi(/Cytchezo/Cytcheza) meaning "one (who) hunts". (Pronounced: bər-kawn... eye, oh, ah and keyet-chez... eye, oh, ah, respectively.)
Warrior-Hunters are also given a new title. They are called Oit-Bertazi(/o/a), meaning something like "great warrior of honor", to reflect the truly high honor it is to be among this rank, and their greatness as warriors.
"Trainees", i.e. those in training have now been dubbed Wai-Eit, meaning "I am little". This is a borrowed title from Keltaz, but was adopted into the general Kei/Fae culture as the term for one in training. Their rank as a "whatever" in training is further represented as the following titles:
Eit-Rei-Aleyk for those training as a healer.
Eit-Bertaz for those training as a Oit-Bertazi.
Eit-Berkon for those training as a warrior.
Eit-Cytchez for those training as a hunter.
